A Therapeutic Flow

This is a therapeutic flow
It’s an embrace for my soul
I come here to remind myself that it’s okay to let go,

A place of humility
A place of tranquility,

Here, there’s no resistance
Only persistence,

I come here to be one with the rhythm of consistence
There’s no need of any of assistance,

A natural progression — mirroring how life should be
I come here to reflect — to see more clearly,

Whatever is not needed must surely go
I’m engulfed by this force
Indeed, this is a therapeutic flow.

Those who flow as life flows know they need no other force.” ~ Lao Tzu

A Moment of Infinite Possibility

I’ve stepped in this profound moment in time
The future has taken a pause
Everything else is placed behind,

Locked in this grand moment — there’s no need to escape
You see, I stand in the middle between time and space,

No need to search for anything
Everything I need is here
I’ve taken a moment of solidarity — I’m off the grid
I’ve disappeared,

Here, I return to my connection with The Most High
I see abundance before me
I recognize my abundance on the inside,

Expectations are not needed I don’t want this moment to end
I’m dialed into a frequency that many could never comprehend,

This is a moment where nothing is finished yet everything is complete
I’m in a profound moment it’s one of Infinite Possibility.

In this moment, there is plenty of time. In this moment, you are precisely as you should be. In this moment, there is infinite possibility.” ~ Victoria Moran

Embrace the Journey

By looking at life from a Point A to Point B mindset, you set yourself up for a world of frustration and disappointment.

Why?

Because life is full of ups and downs.

Life is messy, chaotic, and full of uncertainty.

The ironic part is just when you think you have it all figured out, life seems to bring another lesson to learn.

So, no matter how far you go in life, you never truly arrive.

I’ve found that the best way to approach life is to accept life on life’s terms.

When you are open and flexible to change and willing to continuously learn and grow that is when you are able to find contentment in the present moment.

You have heard it before, but it cannot be stressed enough…life is a journey.

The best way to live is to simply embrace it.

Every day is a journey, and the journey itself is home.” ~ Matsuo Basho
