Is it just me or as modern society continues to advance, our lives are becoming increasingly difficult to manage?
Whether it be through media and advertisement, the grueling nature of the 40 hour work week, or the false image of success that social media portrays, on a daily basis we are bombarded with implicit and explicit message that we must always do more, be more, and go faster.
And what do we do?
We start living a life of extremes.
We start to wear busyness as a badge of honor, even at our detriment.
We begin to over-extend and over-commit ourselves, burning the candle at both ends.
We begin to neglect our most basic human needs, such as sleep, nutrition, exercise, and relationships.
And eventually, we begin to experience the symptoms of this imbalanced way of living, including chronic stress, low energy, and burnout.
So, who am I and how can I help?
My name is Vaughn and I’m a Certified Health Coach.
As your Health Coach, my goal is to help you create balance in this very imbalanced world.
My areas of focus include stress-management, exercise accountability, weight loss support, and helping you develop work/life balance.
